All medical assessments and treatment recommendations are provided by our specialist physicians.
1. Get in Touch
Contact our International Office and tell us about your medical concerns and the type of orthopaedic consultation or treatment you are looking for.
2. Medical Documentation
If you already have medical reports, MRI scans, X-rays or other relevant documentation, we will provide information on how to submit these securely in preparation for your appointment.
3. Appointment Coordination
We assist you in scheduling an appointment with an appropriate specialist and, where necessary, coordinating additional examinations or consultations. We also do offer online video consultations.
4. Consultation and Individual Treatment
During your medical consultation, your specialist will assess your condition, review the available findings and discuss suitable conservative or surgical treatment options with you.
5. Surgery
If our specialist determines that surgery is necessary, either based on the medical records submitted in advance or during your consultation at ECOM, our International Office will provide you with a detailed cost estimate and a comprehensive schedule covering the period before and after your surgery.
Throughout the entire process, our International Office will be your dedicated point of contact, providing personal support and assistance every step of the way.
